My first client side National council of applied and economic research (NCAER)
On 27 October 2009 I was told that NCAER need my experience for “3rd census of handloom weaver”. They requested my CMD to send me to Delhi and work on the data processing in NCAER it self. On 29 October I was deputed to NCAER as my first client side. On 30 October I joined NCAER. The working culture in NCAER is really cool its look like my dreams come through nice centrally air conditioned office, dell sever, dell laptops and dell desktop with original registered Microsoft software. It’s really awesome working here under such an experienced people with over 14 years of experience in IT field. Mr Rakesh Srivastava, Senior Executive (IT) is my boss over here. Since last 1 week I am working 16 hr per days under him. He usually teaches me a lot but to learn a lot you have to work a lot in NCAER. It was my first time I can feel what work pressure is and what do you meant my dead line of some work. It does not how much complicate the work is but you have to do it and give it to your boss on time. When you talk with such an experienced person you have to more sensible and serious when you speak something in that level. I had also met some famous name over here like Mr Rajesh Shukla , Senior fellow , NCAER , Mr K.A Siddiqui, Economist, NCAER, etc .
